Chattahoochee Technical College is seeing its highest enrollment for spring semester in six years.
The eight-campus college currently has 10,009 students — including dual-enrollment and online students — enrolled in classes, up from last spring’s 9,813 students and the highest second-semester enrollment since 2014, according to Director of Admissions Nate Beardsley.
“Our enrollment numbers represent a steady increase in the number of new students enrolling at Chattahoochee Tech,” he said. “It’s a great time to be a student at Chattahoochee Tech. We offer programs of study that support workforce training and enable our students to become highly skilled professionals in some of the nation’s fastest-growing, high-demand career fields.”
Beardsley said at least part of the higher enrollment figure can be attributed to an 11.6% increase in new-student enrollment this spring compared to last spring.
