Myriam Bouchard has rejoined the Mid-Hudson Small Business Development Center, an agency that provides no-cost professional business counseling to existing business owners and entrepreneurs.
Bouchard was an award-winning Certified Business Advisor at the SBDC from 2001-2014. During her five-year hiatus, Bouchard expanded her consulting skills by focusing on purpose-driven organizations with an emphasis on social enterprises.
Bouchard received her MBA from Syracuse University and has successfully created a number of her own business.
Ellen Iversen is moving into the position of Business Advisor at the Mid-Hudson Small Business Development Center. Starting in 2014, she has been working at the Center helping Disaster Clients affected by Storms Irene, Lee, and Sandy in 2011 and 2012.
In her new role, she will be working with clients in need of expert counseling to start or grow a small business.
She is a graduate of Empire State College with a major in Business Management and Economics and is currently a small business owner herself.
